INFO 663 - Case Study Analysis Criteria

It has often been said that it take more time to write a short letter than a long letter.

Please prepare a one page analysis for each case study assigned.

One page is approximately 500 hundred words. Use the tools -> word count menu item to prepare your response to the issues presented by the case study. Always conclude your analysis by addressing the following three primary issues:

1. What are the major strategic issues pertaining to the direction and control of information systems organizations?
2. What are the most obvious course of action that should be taken by management?
3. What are the most likely potential areas of risk that should be addressed by management as they attempt to implement your recommended course of action.

Your report should be sent to me as a text-only, e-mail message by the agreed upon deadline. You must take precautions to ensure that it reaches me by the deadline. Failure of technologies (hard disk crash) and infrastructure (telephone failure) are insufficient excuses. This means that if it is storming, you must attempt to get the materials to me before the power goes out in your neighborhood.
