INFO 663 - Peer Evaluation Template

Please use this format to send me a text-only e-mail message (not an attachment) containing your evaluation of your self and your peers contributions to each class discussion.

• Please include the text "INFO 663" in the subject line of your e-mail.
• You should be able to easily copy the list of your peers below into your word processor, follow each peer with a tab character, and with your evaluation. If you have been notified of a problem with format of your peer evaluations you may want to download the template document (by clicking here) into your word processor, add your evaluations after the tab marks and then cut and paste this information into a text e-mail message.
• Please divide a maximum of 60 points among you and your class mates.
• Please rate your own contribution.
• If a student misses class they should receive zero points.
• If they are present but their contribution is less than satisfactory, they should receive one point.
• If their contribution is satisfactory they should receive two points and if their contribution is superior, they should receive three points.
• These are the only evaluation choices.
• Please rate your classmates and e-mail them to me by Fridays at midnight.
