Director, Hypermedia Technologies Laboratory - Responsible for directing the efforts of a university-based research and development laboratory where eight to ten doctoral students investigated the effects of hypermedia technologies on software requirements engineering and other problem solving activities (1989 - 1992).

Manager, On-Line Software Conversion - Managed an 18 month conversion of a mainframe-based on-line software development and production system from Environ/1 to CICS (1984 - 1985).

Director, Consulting Office - Responsible for managing the Information Center for a major research university where seven consultants provided services to a distributed base of university researchers (1982 - 1984).

Team Leader, Computer Chargeback - Senior member of the team responsible for implementing a computer chargeback system for users in a distributed computing environment (1982 - 1984).

Manager, Faculty Evaluation System Project - Managed the 36 month development of replacement software for a defective faculty evaluation system (1981 - 1984).

POS Installation - Coordinated the installation, training, and operation of a point-of-sale terminal system for a chain of retail stores (1978 - 1979).
