IEEE Senior Member Status

The letter of transmittal to Senior Member status in the IEEE read in part:

"It is a pleasure to advise you that you have been elevated to the grade of Senior Member in the IEEE. Only 8% of the 320,000 members hold this grade which, as you know, requires experience reflecting professional maturity and significant professional achievements."
