Why CoC Enterprise Integration?

The question that you may be asking is why does the CoC care about enterprise integration? With an integrated enterprise we can:

• facilitate the interaction between the CoC, our customers, and the systems that we share; and
• increase the processing efficiency, the unit responsiveness, the perceived quality, and most importantly differentiate the services that we provide from our competition
• achieve more effective and efficient organizational functioning;
• improve the overall performance of our large, complex system.

CoC enterprise integration can be defined as a state of CoC dexterity or the skill and grace in our support of our customer's needs movement (especially under pressing conditions). This dexterity is combined with a self-awareness of our knowledge, skills, and abilities that enables us to out perform our previous performance.
