- Benefits Business Processes Model - describes the value added processes performed by the Benefits Office
- Develops and Maintains Eligibility & Enrollment Data - identified the value added activities occurring within one business area
- AS IS and TO BE Models for 3 processes
- New Hire
- Review Pending Transactions (Event Maintenance)
- Create Double State Membership
- AS IS and TO BE Work Allocations
