Extra Attic is a self-storage business with 4 facilities that rents space to customers on a monthly basis.

  1. Improve accuracy and integrity of the information-100% of the daily data capture should be done at the facility level. This includes the ability to print reports and statements, waive late charges a) Interface should be user-friendly, providing ease of movement throughout the package

  5. Gate access interface a) Eliminate manual processing of lock-outs
  6. Expand facilities to new market areas a) Increase awareness of competitors' offerings b) Increase awareness of customer demographic information to determine and target customers' needs
  7. Maintain high occupancy rates a) Build relationships with nearby apartment complexes, businesses b) Establish new products ( temperature control, shelves, bins ) c) Determine occupancy fluctuation
  8. Improve employee productivity AND customer service by reducing tedious, manual tasks
  9. Project future income and expenses
  10. Maintain safe, clean environment
